Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, requesting, or receiving services from ON THE SPOT MOBILE MECHANIC LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide mobile automotive repair and maintenance services at the customer's location within Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Services may include oil and filter changes, brake repair, diagnostics, suspension work, battery and starting system service, and other repairs we agree to perform.

Some repairs cannot be safely or properly completed on-site. We reserve the right to decline or stop any job if conditions are unsafe, if the location is unsuitable, or if the repair requires shop equipment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or the length of prior jobs. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

You must ensure the vehicle is accessible, legally parked, and that we have permission to perform work at the location.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if additional parts, labor, or repairs are discovered. We will inform you and obtain your approval before performing additional work that changes the price.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service. Returned or failed payments may incur additional fees.

6. Parts and Warranty

Labor performed by us is covered by a 3-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Parts are covered only by the warranty offered by the part manufacturer or supplier.

The warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts, damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, continued operation of a vehicle with a known problem, or repairs performed by anyone else.

7. Customer-Supplied Parts

If you provide your own parts, we do not warranty those parts and we are not responsible for delays, failures, incorrect fitment, or additional labor resulting from them.

8. Vehicle Condition and Liability

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to approve work on it. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unrelated component failures, or damage that occurs from operating a vehicle we have advised is unsafe to drive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Communications and SMS

By providing your phone number, or by calling or sending a text to (918) 228-0977, you agree to receive calls and text messages from ON THE SPOT MOBILE MECHANIC LLC regarding your service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you request service applies to that service.
